We at SHILOH RESTORATION TABERNACLE want to provide an environment for every person called into ministry to fully experience the realities of working at a church full-time. Our "Training In Progress" Program (T.I.P.) is a dynamic approach to ministry through innovative classes and hands on ministry experience. This is a high intensity program to help shape you not just spiritually, but physically and mentally. T.I.P. provides more than a training opportunity; it is an experience that will impact the rest of your life.

The 1st year (Serve) is designed to introduce a diverse mixture of serving opportunities that gives the student a general sampling of what ministry is like at SHILOH RESTORATION TABERNACLE. The hope is that during the course of the year, the student will begin to identify "giftings and callings" that are within them for more specific areas of ministry. Each first year student will be required to go through the Ministry of Helps Training Class and the P26.2 experience even if previously attended.

The 2nd year (Lead) is designed to be more specific by aligning the intern into the ministry area that best matches their passions and calling. They will be mentored in that ministry and given more opportunities to serve and even lead in that area.
